My Approach
CONSCIOUS THERAPY:
Conscious Therapy embodies my distinctive approach to guiding both individuals and couples through their therapeutic journeys.
While it draws heavily on neuropsychological insights to unravel the intricate drivers and impulses governing human behaviors, it is fundamentally anchored in my relationship and couples therapy expertise.
This combination facilitates profound insights, enabling clients to navigate their relationships and individual challenges with enhanced understanding and intention.

My profound personal interest in addiction care is deeply rooted in my own journey, having witnessed the trauma of addiction's impact on families and loved ones firsthand. My partner's battle and subsequent loss of life to addiction have instilled in me a passionate commitment to supporting those affected by this devastating affliction.

CORPORATE EXPERIENCE
With a background in luxury brand management, I began my career with a successful international trajectory in the luxury fashion industry. During this time, my growing interest in mental health emerged, as I came to understand the profound impact our ability to connect with others has on our well-being.
Early on, I gravitated toward leadership and management roles, working at a corporate level for top-tier brands including DKNY and Louis Vuitton. I thrived in creative, high-performance environments, where my strengths in conflict resolution and understanding human behaviour stood out.
This natural aptitude led me to pursue further studies in psychology, complementing my professional experience with academic and clinical training.

Eventually, I transitioned into a communications management role at an award-winning medical agency, before dedicating myself fully to counselling and mental health. Since then, I have completed numerous courses and qualifications in psychology, relationship studies, addiction care, and mental health, and I am currently advancing toward clinical training.

I am deeply convinced that our capacity to form healthy, meaningful relationships directly influences our emotional health, productivity, and quality of life.
