QUALIFICATIONS & TRAINING
My work blends neuropsychological insights with proven relational approaches to help individuals and couples understand the patterns shaping their thoughts, emotions, and connections. I create a warm, intentional space where you can explore, heal, and grow with clarity and purpose.
I’m currently completing an MSc in Clinical Psychology. I possess a PG Dip. in Neuropsychology and have earned an accredited certification in Addiction Treatment (Clinical Skills) from Yale University.
My interest in relationships and the impact of relationships on our self-esteem and mental well-being led me to pursue extensive professional training in Couples Therapy. I achieved my certification in The Gottman Method through the Gottman Institute and also hold a diploma, and advanced training, in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
I am also an accredited Transformative Life Coach.
From a corporate academic perspective, I earned a BA in Marketing and Communications, from the London School of Marketing and CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing.)
As a writer, media contributor, and frequent guest speaker I contributing to media publications and collaborating with journalists in sharing insights into relationships, the intricacies of human interaction, and the importance of forging healthy connections with others.

MY JOURNEY
My path to therapy combines professional experience, personal growth, and a deep curiosity about human connection. I began my career in luxury brand management, where I developed skills in understanding people, communication, and conflict resolution, skills that naturally drew me toward psychology and mental health.

I witnessed firsthand the impact of addiction on those I loved most, and this shaped not only my personal world but my professional purpose. Supporting families and partners affected by trauma and relational pain became a calling, one that fuels my commitment to compassionate, evidence‑informed care.
Today, I help clients transform patterns, build self-worth, and navigate relationships with clarity and confidence, using tools grounded in science, compassion, and lived experience.
